By accessing or using Cuper (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, with notice provided to users.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Cuper. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older, that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these terms, and that you will abide by them.

You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials • All activities that occur under your account • Ensuring that your profile information is accurate and truthful • Completing the identity verification process honestly • Not creating multiple accounts or impersonating others Any false or misleading information in your profile may result in immediate account termination.

You agree not to: • Harass, abuse, or harm other users • Send unsolicited commercial messages or spam • Post sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise inappropriate content • Attempt to circumvent our verification or safety systems • Use the Service for any commercial purposes without permission • Collect or harvest personal data from other users • Engage in any conduct that could damage, disable, or overburden the Service • Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to access the Service Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

You retain ownership of content you post on Cuper. By posting content, you grant Cuper a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with providing the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you post. Cuper does not endorse or verify the accuracy of user-generated content.

Cuper requires all users to complete face verification before participating in discovery. Attempting to bypass or falsify the verification process is a serious violation of these terms and will result in permanent account termination. While we implement safety measures, Cuper cannot guarantee the safety of in-person meetings. Users are responsible for their own safety when choosing to meet other users offline.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms, for suspicious activity, or for any reason we deem appropriate to protect users and the integrity of the Service. You may terminate your account at any time through the app settings.

Cuper is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that matches will result in satisfying relationships. Personality compatibility frameworks used in Cuper are reflective tools, not guarantees of relationship success.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cuper shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or use of the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
