Cuper was built safety-first. Every feature you see - and many you don't - exists to make your experience safer, more honest, and more trustworthy.
Built-in safety features
Face & Video Verification
Before any user appears in discovery, they complete a short liveness check: a brief video that confirms they're a real person present in real time. No verification, no discovery.
Verified Badge
Once verified, users receive a prominent badge on their profile. When you see the badge, you know there's a real, live person behind it. Simple, visible, trustworthy.
Trust Ranking
Your trust score is built from verification status, response quality, community reports, and profile authenticity. Good behaviour is rewarded with higher visibility.
Privacy-First Design
Your location is never shown exactly - only city-level proximity when you opt in. Your data is yours. We don't sell it. You can delete your account and all data at any time.
Easy Reporting
Every profile has a one-tap report button. Reports involving serious concerns go to human reviewers, not just automated filters. We take every harassment report seriously.
Content Moderation
We use a combination of automated detection and human review to identify inappropriate content, fake profiles, and harassment patterns - before they reach you.

How Cuper handles your data
The following summarises what data Cuper collects, how it is used, and your rights over it - as disclosed in the Google Play Data Safety section.
Name, email, phone number, date of birth, gender
MBTI type, attachment style, zodiac sign, dating preferences
City-level approximate location - only when you opt in
Used only for identity verification; deleted within 72 hours of outcome
In-app messages between matched users; not read by staff unless reported
Device info, error logs, and usage data for app improvement
Our commitments to you
- We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
- Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256).
- You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.
- Verification videos are deleted within 72 hours of review.
- Location is city-level only and requires your explicit opt-in.
- You can withdraw consent for sensitive data processing at any time.
- In-app messages are private and not read by staff unless you report a conversation.
Delete your data
You can delete your account and all personal data from within the Cuper app under Settings → Account → Delete Account, or by emailing us at info@cuper.me. Data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
Experienced something wrong?
If you've been harassed, encountered a fake profile, or experienced any concerning behaviour on Cuper, please report it immediately. We take every report seriously.
